Town of Garysburg Now Hiring Full-Time Police Officer

The Town of Garysburg is currently accepting applications for a full-time Police Officer to serve the Garysburg community.

Qualified applicants should hold a current North Carolina law enforcement certification and be prepared to successfully complete the required background investigation, physical evaluation, psychological screening, and drug screening. Two years of experience is preferred, but not required.

Applicants must also be available to work a flexible schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Current North Carolina certification, with a copy included with the application

• Successful completion of a strict background investigation

• Good physical condition

• Successful completion of North Carolina psychological and drug screening requirements

• Two years of experience preferred, but not required

• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
