Peach Street Gardens Will Bring Affordable, Modern Living to Northampton County

The Town of Garysburg, in collaboration with the United Herculean Group, LLC (UHG), is excited to announce the development of Peach Street Gardens, a 48 three-level townhome community in Garysburg, North Carolina, starting at $167,000!


Over the past few years, the Town has explored multiple project scenarios to address the lack of safe and affordable housing for its regional workforce and citizens. In 2025, we partnered with UHG to help develop a comprehensive community plan that includes economic and community revitalization, homeownership and preservation, and equity in development.
