NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FIG & POPLAR STREET PARK

The Garysburg Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Garysburg Town Hall located at 504 Old Highway Road, Garysburg, NC 27831. The Town is applying for the PARTF (NC Parks and Recreation Trust Fund) Grant to provide recreational activities at the Fig and Poplar Street Park.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input, review the grant and to provide citizens with more information about the project.  

All interested citizens are encouraged to attend the Public Hearing.
