The Northampton County Board of Elections is making it easier for residents to stay informed and ready for upcoming elections. Throughout the month of October, the Board is holding a series of Voter Information Sessions across the county. These community events are designed to share important updates about voter registration, voting procedures, absentee ballots, early voting, and new election laws.
Whether you are a first-time voter, recently moved to the area, or simply want to stay engaged, these sessions are a great opportunity to ask questions and get clarity from election officials.
Session Schedule
Residents are encouraged to attend the session that is most convenient for them:
Each session is free and open to the public. Local residents are encouraged to come out, bring a friend, and make sure they are prepared to make their voice heard in upcoming elections.
Why These Sessions Matter
The voting process can sometimes feel confusing, especially when rules change or new requirements are introduced. These informational sessions will cover topics such as:
How to register to vote or update your registration
Accepted forms of voter identification
Absentee and early voting options
Polling location information
How to become a poll worker or volunteer
Participating in these sessions is a smart step toward staying informed and making confident decisions at the ballot box.
