WHAT'S TRENDING IN GARYSBURG

In 2020, the Mayor and Commissioners started working with Upper Coastal Plain to assist citizens with housing and in 2025, we are pleased to announce the demolition crew is getting ready to take down three houses and place three new modular homes on their property.

We just completed a three- week summer camp. The camp consisted up to forty-five children. A great BIG THANK YOU to Coach Jerry Squire, for a job well done and the Sarah C. Bell Foundation Partnership.

The summer basketball league has ended. What a success, approximately forty-five children and their parents participated. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Darryl Whittle, and our Recreation Commissioner, Ky'Juan Faison-Mobley.

The Health and Wellness Center is growing strong with approximately ten to twelve people participating every day. Please come join. We have completed the new paved parking lot for your convenience.
